Chloé Gay-Balmaz studied law at the Universities of Fribourg and Lucerne. In 2016, she coordinated the SNSF's and swissuniversities' CUS P-2 common Open Access Project, which included an analysis of Financial Flows in Swiss Publishing (doi:10.5281/zenodo.240896) and a Bibliometric study of the Swiss Publication System (doi:10.5281/zenodo.167381). She currently works at the Institute of Health Law at the University of Neuchâtel: her research focuses on biobank regulation.
