Jean-Luc Cochard is IT manager and member of the direction committee at the Swiss Federal Archives. In addition to IT management activities, he is the sponsor of two projects: the implementation of the Swiss National Open Government Strategy 2014-2018, and the acquisition of a Linked Data infrastructure for the publication of Linked Open Government Data.

Depuis 2013, je gère l'IT des Archives fédérales suisses à Berne. Dans ce rôle j'ai notamment supervisé la mise en oeuvre de la stratégie OGD de la Confédération. Actuellement c'est l'implémentation d'une infrastructure d'hébergement de données en Linked Data (www.lindas.admin.ch) et l'adoption par l'administration fédérale de cette approche innovante de structuration et de publication de l'information qui occupe une partie de mon temps.
