Ninja has a background in political science with a focus on democratic theory and ethics. This led her first to the sustainability industry and innovation ethics and later to the field of digital teaching. Her goal is to contribute to the sustainable transformation of society and to realize democracy as a way of life.

With the Butterfy association, which she co-founded together with Vardon Hamdiu, they are developing a decentral platform for creating, finding and rewarding meaningful content.
